Same Day Delivery (Cairo & Giza Only)
- Available only in Cairo and Giza.
- Fulfilled using EGTRADE’s own fleet or express services like Uber Motorcycle / Careem.
- Available if the item is ready for dispatch from our warehouse
(some items require 1–2 days of preparation, as indicated on the Order Review page).
Domestic Shipping (Across Egypt)
- A) Next-Day Delivery
- Available in most governorates (Delta, Canal cities, Alexandria, etc.).
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM can be delivered by the next day.
- Costs vary depending on shipment size and destination (see table below).
- B) 3–4 Day Delivery
- For remote or far governorates such as Upper Egypt and Southern regions.
- Delivered via Bosta or Aramex.
- EGTRADE subsidizes the shipping fee, so you only pay a reduced cost.
International Shipping
- Available to most countries worldwide via Aramex.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is supported in selected countries only (options shown during checkout).
- Delivery time varies depending on the destination (typically 5–12 business days).

Returns & Exchanges Linked with Delivery
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return or exchange an item
- Standard shipping fees will apply for returns or exchanges, as per our [Returns & Refunds Policy].
- The return pickup will be arranged through our courier partners (Bosta, Aramex, or others).
- If your order was delivered with a subsidized shipping rate, the actual cost of return may vary.
- For fragile or special items, additional packaging may be required before pickup.
Tracking & Notifications
Stay updated on your order every step of the way
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or Email with tracking details.
- You can always access your account and open your order details to find a tracking link that lets you follow your shipment every step of the way.
- Shipments delivered via Bosta or Aramex include a tracking ID so you can monitor your package in real time.
Shipping Responsibility and Order Tracking
Once the order is handed over to the shipping company and a tracking number is issued, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier according to its policies and procedures.
In case of delays, schedule changes, or any issues during transit, customers should contact the shipping company directly using the tracking number, as it is responsible for the shipment until delivery.
The EGTRADE team remains available to provide support, assist with tracking, and supply any needed information or documents to help communicate with the shipping company when necessary.
