Same Day Delivery (Cairo & Giza Only)
- Available only in Cairo and Giza.
- Fulfilled using EGTRADE’s own fleet or express services like Uber Motorcycle / Careem.
- Available if the item is ready for dispatch from our warehouse
(some items require 1–2 days of preparation, as indicated on the Order Review page).
Domestic Shipping (Across Egypt)
- A) Next-Day Delivery
- Available in most governorates (Delta, Canal cities, Alexandria, etc.).
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM can be delivered by the next day.
- Costs vary depending on shipment size and destination (see table below).
- B) 3–4 Day Delivery
- For remote or far governorates such as Upper Egypt and Southern regions.
- Delivered via Bosta or Aramex.
- EGTRADE subsidizes the shipping fee, so you only pay a reduced cost.
International Shipping
- Available to most countries worldwide via Aramex.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is supported in selected countries only (options shown during checkout).
- Delivery time varies depending on the destination (typically 5–12 business days).

Returns & Exchanges Linked with Delivery

- The return pickup will be arranged through our courier partners (Bosta, Aramex, or others).
- If your order was delivered with a subsidized shipping rate, the actual cost of return may vary.
- For fragile or special items, additional packaging may be required before pickup.
