Policy
Welcome to EGTRADE.
We are committed to high-quality standards and always strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Our warranty policy is designed in accordance with local and international consumer protection laws and ensures that you are protected in case of manufacturing defects.
We guarantee products sold on our platform for 14 days for returns or exchanges, or 30 days in case of damage, defects,
or if the product does not match its description on our website, in accordance with Egypt's Consumer Protection Law.

Warranty Conditions
- The original purchase invoice or any proof of purchase must be retained to verify serial numbers and warranty periods.
- If a warranty card is issued, it must be presented at service centers to follow up on claims.
- Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend or renew the warranty period.
- In case of delayed warranty processing, customers may request compensation from the service provider per applicable laws. We are not responsible for such compensation.
- The product must be in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Please refer to our return and exchange policy.
Warranty Claim Procedure
- Customers must ensure that all information provided during the warranty claim is accurate.
- Contact us within the return/exchange period via WhatsApp or email.
- Provide clear photos and a video to show the defect or issue.
- Submit all supporting purchase documentation.
- Our technical department will assess the case within two working days
and provide appropriate solutions. - If a customer refuses to receive the product after warranty or return processing, we will store the item
for up to 30 days. After this period, the product will be discarded, and the customer will not be
entitled to any further claims or compensation.

Special Cases
- All measuring devices, particularly those from brands such as UNI-T, Kyoritsu, Sanwa, Total, and Sola, are subject to the return or exchange period defined by the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law—specifically, 14 days from the date of receipt, or up to 30 days in cases of manufacturing defects.
We do not provide any extended warranty beyond this period. Our limited warranty responsibility does not reflect any deficiency in the quality or performance of these products, but is governed by the terms of our contractual agreements with the authorized distributors of UNI-T in Egypt.
