In line with our shipping guidelines, the vast majority of products in our store typically require 24 business hours for order processing and preparation prior to shipment.

Certain items with unique characteristics may require specific storage or production protocols, making them temporarily unavailable at the time of fulfillment or requiring additional production time.

Order Review & Fulfillment

We take your time seriously and take all possible measures to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible.
Special procedures apply for large orders or items with unique requirements; these may not apply to regular orders.
All purchases are subject to a review process. You will receive a confirmation or cancellation message accordingly.
Due to inventory constraints, some products displayed on our online store may not be immediately available in our warehouses. We may need to check with the manufacturing company to verify product availability before confirming your order.
Once products are confirmed to be ready for shipment, we will contact you via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or a direct call to confirm readiness.
If some items are unavailable or not ready for shipping, a representative from our customer service team will contact you to coordinate necessary changes.
After successful order review and payment, we typically require up to 48 hours to prepare your order for shipping and delivery.

Order Approval and Pricing Details

Please note that, in some cases, an order may not be approved for various reasons. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at any time during the order review process and for any reason.
Before approving an order, we may request additional information or documents to verify details, such as your phone number or address — for validation purposes.
We strive to provide the most accurate pricing information to all users visiting our website. However, errors may occur, including situations where a product is listed with an incorrect price.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at an incorrect price. In such cases, we may, at our sole discretion, either contact you for further instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
We also reserve the right to reject or cancel confirmed orders even after charges have been applied to your credit card.

Terms Applicable to All Purchases

Products displayed on the website are intended for retail customers only. Wholesale or business
purchases must be made through the company’s dedicated sales department.
For prepaid orders, the customer must be the one to receive the order in person.
Partial returns on a single item from an invoice are not eligible for discounts or offers.
For returns during a promotional period, the entire invoice must be returned,
and all items must be in their original condition.
For exchanges during a promotional period, the full invoice must be returned.
The replacement invoice will be recalculated according to the promotional offer,
and exchanged items must also be in original condition.
In the case of a manufacturing defect, the product can be exchanged for the same item
only through a store branch.
Returns or exchanges made after the promotional period will follow the same terms
that applied during the promotion, and cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers.
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment within 14 days,
provided the product is in the same condition as it was upon purchase.
If a customer selects an incorrect offer or uses a payment method that does not qualify for the current promotions, the transaction will be automatically canceled, and any discounted amount will be refunded to the original payment method — in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, ensuring the customer’s right to recover their funds in case of purchase execution errors.

Bank Installment Policy

Our website offers the option to purchase via bank installment plans using eligible credit cards.
Products purchased through installment plans cannot be refunded, but can be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value. Refunds can only be processed through the same installment method and cannot be paid in cash.
Customers must select only one payment method — either direct payment, bank installment, or third-party financing — per order.
Promotional discounts are not applicable when choosing installment plans via financing providers or banks.
the product will be charged at its official price based on the selected payment method.

Flash Sales and Limited-Time Promotions

Flash Sales are short-term promotional offers featuring high discounts and limited quantities.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts may apply to a single product only.
Each flash sale is subject to two time-based rules :

The product must be added to the cart before the end of the flash sale period.
The order must be completed and placed before the sale timer expires, even if the product was already in the cart.

To claim an offer, you must complete your order from the shopping cart during the promotion time.
Each flash sale product is available in limited quantities. If still available after the offer ends, the product can be purchased at the regular price.
Offers apply only to the specified promotional products.
Shipping and tax fees are not included in the discounted price of flash sales.
If you return a product purchased during a flash sale, you will receive a refund for the discounted amount paid, in accordance with our return policy.
