We always guarantee the quality of our products in accordance
with the specifications displayed on our online store.

We take the utmost care in reviewing and preparing orders before shipment,
and in packaging and labeling—especially for items that are fragile or susceptible to damage.

  • Returns


  1. Returned products will be inspected and reviewed. If any of the following return reasons are not met, or if any damage resulting from misuse is found, or the product is not in its original condition upon receipt, or without its original packaging, we regret that we will have to reject the return request and send the item back without refunding the amounts paid.

  2. We are committed to applying the returns policy in accordance with Egyptian laws, while safeguarding customers’ rights and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Consumer Right to Return or Exchange


  • In accordance with Law No. 181 of 2018 on Consumer Protection
    and the articles governing return and exchange policies:
  1. Article 17: The consumer has the right to exchange or return goods and receive a refund without providing any reason and without incurring any expenses within 14 days from the date of receipt, without prejudice to any guarantees or contractual/legal terms more favorable to the consumer. The Consumer Protection Agency may set shorter periods for certain types of goods based on their nature.

  2. Article 21: The consumer has the right, within 30 days from the date of receipt, to exchange or return a product and receive a refund if it is defective, non-conforming to specifications, or unsuitable for the intended purpose of purchase. The supplier must exchange or refund the item without any additional cost to the consumer.

  3. Some products are subject to special return and exchange policies, which will be applied when submitting a return or exchange request.

Conditions for Returning or Exchanging Products


  • Products must be in their original condition at the time of receipt, inside their original packaging, and free from any defects or damage caused by misuse.

  • If the customer receives a damaged product or one with missing accessories, this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. No claims for loss or damage will be accepted after this period.

  • All product accessories must be returned, including manuals, accessories, other attachments, and the product’s original packaging in the same condition as at the time of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice) and any related documentation confirming the purchase from us must be provided.

Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Are Not Accepted ​


  • Returns or exchanges are not permitted in the following cases :
  • When the nature, characteristics, or packaging of the goods make it impossible to return them or restore
    them to their original condition at the time of contract.

  • For perishable goods or consumables with a short shelf life.

  • When the product is not in the same condition as at the time of sale for reasons attributable to the consumer.  

  • When the product is custom-made to the consumer’s specifications and matches those specifications.

  • When the consumer has fully benefited from the product before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

  • When the defect in the product is the result of improper handling or possession by the consumer.

  • When the withdrawal request is inconsistent with the nature of the product, contrary to commercial norms,
    or constitutes abuse of the right of withdrawal.

Refund Method


  • We undertake to refund the amount paid by the customer using the same payment method, unless another method is agreed upon, within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of returning the product.

  • In the case of returning products for reasons unrelated to quality or specifications
    as described on our store, we will refund the product price using the refund methods
    specified above, after deducting the shipping cost (both ways).

  • If the return meets the conditions described above, we will refund the full price of the product including shipping costs, using the same method of payment used for the order.

Return or Exchange Request Procedure


  • You may submit a return or exchange request via our online store, through WhatsApp messages, or by email.

  • When submitting a return request, you may choose either to return the product(s) for a refund or to exchange damaged items with an identical product of the same specifications.

  • You will be provided with a return shipment tracking number and return instructions.

  • At present, it is not possible to contact the shipping company directly for return pickups.
    returns must be arranged exclusively through our online store. Please contact us for return arrangements.  

Products with Special Return Policies ​


  • If a product is purchased during a promotional period involving discount coupons or free promotional products—such as “Buy one, get one free”
    the customer must return all associated free products when returning the purchased item.

  • We will refund the actual amount paid for the product if it is returned after the promotional period or if promotional discounts applied during the offer period are no longer valid.
