All Uni-T measuring instruments are governed by the return or exchange timeframe established by the Consumer Protection Law in the Arab Republic of Egypt, which is limited to 14 days from the date of delivery. Products can be returned if they are found to be damaged, defective, or not as described on our online platform. Uni-T items are backed by a warranty from the manufacturer's representatives throughout the Arab Republic of Egypt, and we do not assume any warranty obligations. Our limited warranty does not compromise the quality or functionality of the products but is subject to the contractual agreements we have with Uni-T's agents in the region. The warranty duration for each item is clearly indicated on the product specifications page and is specific to the manufacturer. This warranty does not extend to our store. Should the 14-day return period expire and any damage occurs, please reach out to the manufacturer with your purchase invoice that shows the purchase date for necessary repairs or product replacement in accordance with the policies of each manufacturer.
